Tracey Moriarty is the Office Director for the Office of Communications (OOC) for the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management. She has been with BOEM for more than 10 years and leads a highly skilled team of communication professionals located in the Washington, D.C., area, as well as in the Gulf, Pacific and Alaska Regions. The OOC Team oversees congressional affairs, media relations, digital media, and internal communications.
