BOEM’s regulations, as outlined in 30 CFR § 550.125 and 30 CFR § 556.106, provide the authority for BOEM to periodically adjust certain fees for services.
BOEM is adjusting its service fees for processing documents related to oil and gas activities on the Outer Continental Shelf to reflect inflation since the last update in 2022.
The new schedule goes into effect on November 1, 2024, and can be found below.
