On July 1, 2022, the Department of the Interior (DOI) announced the availability of the Proposed Program for the 2023-2028 National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program, as well as the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (Draft PEIS) for the 2023-2028 Program for public comment.
BOEM is hosting four live virtual open house meetings for the public to speak live with BOEM staff about the 2023-2028 Proposed Program and Draft PEIS. These meetings will serve as opportunities for the public to learn more about the National OCS Oil and Gas Leasing Program development process, analysis, and next steps.
Meeting times are provided in Eastern Daylight Time.

In addition to these virtual open house meetings, BOEM has scheduled a virtual opportunity for submitting oral testimony. Oral comments will be captured by a court reporter for the public record. Each participant will have up to three minutes to provide their oral comments. That session will be held on:
