On August 22, 2024, BOEM published a Call for Information and Nominations for a second offshore wind sale in the Central Atlantic. The Call initiated a 60-day public comment period that ends on October 21, 2024. During the 60-day public comment period, BOEM will host its Central Atlantic Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Task Force meeting and additional public meetings.
Central Atlantic Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Task Force Meeting
The purpose of this virtual meeting is to update task force members on BOEM’s commercial offshore wind energy planning activities in the Central Atlantic. This meeting is open to the public. There will be an opportunity for the public to provide feedback. Registration is required.
