NOTE: The final Phase 1 and 2 fair market value high bid acceptance analyses are summarized in the below documents. Of the total 556 high bids analyzed for acceptance based on fair market value criteria, 542 were deemed acceptable and 14 were rejected. In addition, the high bid on one block, Green Canyon 240, was invalid, i.e. it was deemed unacceptable during the bid adjudication process due to being less than the required minimum bid.
