BOEM convened a Massachusetts Renewable Energy Task Force webinar on May 15, 2013 to present and discuss the Department of Energy National Renewable Energy Laboratory's proposed methodology for delineation of the Massachusetts Wind Energy Area into Lease Areas as well as next steps in the leasing process.
