BOEM Cumulative Visual Impact Assessment	Objective is to analyze the qualitative cumulative impacts for both seascape/landscape units and visual impacts of reasonably past, present, and future offshore wind projects in combination with the proposed Vineyard Wind I Offshore Project (the Project). Focus is on the visual impacts of the reasonably foreseeable projects. Not focused on Historic Properties.
BOEM Historic Properties Cumulative Visual Effects Assessment	Objective is to assess the cumulative effects of the Proposed Action and other reasonably foreseeable offshore wind projects on the Gay Head Light, Chappaquiddick Island Traditional Cultural Property (TCP), and Nantucket Historic District National Historic Landmark (Nantucket NHL) using BOEM’s updated determination of what constitutes reasonably foreseeable offshore wind development. Focus is on the visual impacts of the reasonably foreseeable projects on Historic Properties.	Details about the cumulative viewshed models used to analyze impacts to views from historic properties. Discusses the cumulative visual effects of the Proposed Action and other offshore wind projects on affected historic properties, including effects on NRHP eligibility.
