George C. Marshall Center - High North Security Dialog

(Sept. 17-20, 2024)

The HNSD, formerly known as European Security Seminar – North, brings together regional alumni with additional senior policymakers, security practitioners, and academic experts in an interactive, output-oriented program.

The HNSD will utilize a rigorous academic approach. This event brings together key Arctic stakeholders and experts under a Chatham House rule format to exchange perspectives and develop actionable recommendations. The HNSD entails daily plenary sessions – to include keynote and panel remarks – featuring subject matter presentations, which will then guide discussions in smaller facilitated seminar groups.
